What do you do when you have free time? How much time do you spend doing something you really enjoy?
How often do you give thanks for something during the day?
How many hours a day do you spend arguing or fighting with someone?
How many hours a day do you dedicate to your spirituality?
Who are the people you are inspired by? Do you take care of your mental health?
How many hours a day do you dedicate to TV? What kind of music do you listen to?
How is your relationship with your parents?
Do you take care of your food?
How is your coexistence with co-workers? And the neighbors? Do you speak ill of people? Is well? How often?
How do you see yourself in 5 years?
Your priorities and habits determine who you are! Your actions today determine how your life and health will be in five years or more.
Grudge, poor diet, comparing your life with that of others, ignoring your mental health, speaking badly or harming another person, not filtering what you watch, not knowing your purposes, ignoring your spiritual side, listening to low vibration music, ignoring your roots (parents and ancestors), holding a grudge, hating, being ungrateful, treating your co-workers and neighbors badly, procrastinating, having addictions, not knowing your own body. All of these bad habits cause physical, mental, and spiritual illnesses.
We are spiritual beings, vibrant energy, surrounded by an electromagnetic field.
How do you feel after spending 3 hours a day, sitting in front of the TV, watching tragic news, seeing misery, sadness, illness? At the very least, devastated, sad. Sleep and wake up thinking about it. Talk about it, share it on social media, and the next day, another 3 hours, and the next day, a little more. Later, something similar happens to you.
It’s Science: Everything you emanate comes back to you. So why instead of filling your day with tragedy and hate, filling it with love, gratitude, courage, joy, understanding, knowledge, prosperity, wealth?
Instead of saying bad things about your neighbor, give them a compliment. Exchange the 6 hours of social media for reading a book or go to a lecture online.
Exchange the 5 minutes of pleasure eating fatty and ultra-processed foods for a lifetime of health with tasty and healthy foods. Exchange grudge for forgiveness, hatred for love, faith for knowledge.
Exchange friends who judge people for friends who teach you and add something. Swap the endless hours of trivia in front of the TV for a free language course, for example. Create goals and stick to them. Get therapy. Discover your purposes.
And, when in doubt if this is the “right” way, ask yourself: “How long a day am I happy?” That is the key to everything!
